Using the RockTron process, there is no need for power stations to stockpile fresh fly ash. More significantly the RockTron process treats stockpiled fly ash as well, allowing recycling and reuse of millions of tonnes of stored fly ash.

The RockTron process delivers large-scale remediation of fly ash deposits, enabling power stations to return the land to its prior state, sometimes long after the power station itself has ceased operating.

We now have the means to reprocess much of the world’s entire waste stockpile of reusable fly ash, which is estimated at several billions of tonnes. What is Fly Ash

Plants are constructed to minimise their ecological impact.

RockTron’s processing technology operates a clean and closed process, resulting in no material waste streams and full recovery of the constituent materials within the fly ash.

Each RockTron processing plant is capable of generating significant net reductions in CO_² emissions where its alpha and delta product ranges are used as substitutes in CEM1 production.

RockTron products have inherently low carbon footprints helping consuming industries to lower their carbon footprints.

RockTron is in the process of obtaining ISO 14001.
